Claude Now Builds Resumes That Get You Hired

The free guide and copy-paste prompt I promised in the video is right here. In this guide you'll find: why resumes get rejected, how to build an ATS-friendly, persuasive resume with Claude in minutes, and extra tips to make the result even stronger.

Why Do Resumes Get Rejected?

Most applications get filtered out before they ever reach human eyes. Three common reasons:

The Method: A Resume with Claude in 3 Steps

  1. Step 1 — Copy the full text of the job posting you're applying to.
  2. Step 2 — Prepare your current resume or career history (experience, education, projects).
  3. Step 3 — Paste the master prompt below into Claude, along with the posting and your experience.

Copy-Paste Master Prompt

Copy the prompt below, fill in the bracketed fields with your own information, and paste it into Claude:

Master Prompt
Using the information below, prepare a carefully crafted, ATS-friendly, and persuasive resume draft for me for the [TARGET POSITION]:

1. Job Posting: [paste the full text of the posting you're applying to here]
2. Current Resume / My Experience: [paste your current resume or career history here]
3. Achievements I want to highlight: [if any, write 2-3 concrete, measurable achievements]

What I want as output:
- Analyze the keywords and requirements in the posting, and use language in the resume that directly matches them
- Write each experience bullet as "what I achieved," not "what I did" (back it up with numbers and percentages)
- Use a clean, plain format that's easy for ATS bots to parse (no tables/graphics)
- Keep it to 1 page maximum
- Write the summary section specific to the position, avoiding generic clichés
- At the end, give 3 concrete suggestions to make the resume even stronger

Tip: Don't forget to replace the bracketed [ ] fields with your own information.
